1. DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO SHOP?
Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, and your payment status. However, you may still checkout as a guest.
2. IS IT SAFE TO DO ONLINE SHOPPING?
Of course, yes! Bidadari Contemporary does not store any of your bank card details and has absolutely no access to your bank account at any time!
3. WILL YOU PASS MY DETAILS TO ANY OTHER COMPANIES?
No, we will not pass your details on to the other companies. Don’t worry! All information that you provide us is strictly private & confidential and will not be shared with any other third party.
4. ARE YOU OPEN 24/7?
Our website is open 24 hours every day but hey, the beautiful faces behind these computers need some sleep too. So kindly be patient.
5. DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?
We don’t have a physical store on our own, but we have a retail partner. You can shop our products at Modvier Luxe, Bangsar.
1. WHY IS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
If you have made an order and haven’t paid, you will receive a payment reminder stating that if you don’t make payment within 24 hours of the email being sent, your order will be automatically cancelled. You will need to make a new order if you want the items again.
2. I’VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are terribly sorry for that! Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp us at +6010-407 6788. You will need to return to us the item (s) you have wrongly received.
3. I’VE RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT ONE ITEM IS MISSING. WHAT DO I DO?

4. DO YOU RESTOCK THE ORDERS?
Some items will be re-stocked. Usually they are our BC Basics collection. Keep up to date with our FB and Instagram for the latest updates!
1. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS, POLICIES, AND PRICE?
For Shipping Options & Policies for Malaysian customers, we only send via PosLaju service. It’s an express delivery service with tracking number and insurance. We will only be held responsible as long as the items are still in our warehouse. Once the items are shipped out it will solely be the responsibility of PosLaju to ensure it reaches your doorstep within 2-3 working days. For more information, do visit PosLaju official website. Shipping cost for delivery within peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and also Labuan will be charged according by weight as determined by PosLaju Malaysia. Starting cost for peninsular Malaysia will be at RM9, and for Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan, the fees will be starting from RM12.
2. HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a tracking code for you to keep tabs on status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address.
3. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY?
You can check the status of your delivery by visiting POSLAJU Track or call 1-300-300-300 for more accurate details or answer. You will need the reference number from your PosLaju Order Confirmation.
4. WHICH ADDRESS SHOULD I SHIP MY ORDER TO?
If you are working, it would be advisable to ship to your office address because postal services like PosLaju operate between 8.30am to 8pm on weekdays and 8.30am to 5pm on Saturdays. If no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest PosLaju office or sent back to us.
5. CAN I ORDER BY PHONE, EMAIL, MAIL, OR FAX?
Yes, you can. You can purchase your order through our Whatsapp Hotline at +6010-407 6788. The best way to make an order is to place it directly online. Order by email, mail, or fax is unavailable at this time.
1. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS?
Returns are accepted if returned within (3) working days on receipt of items. If you wish to return or exchange any item of your order, please complete the Return Form included in the package.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
- The items must not be laundered, washed, ironed, altered, or worn and must have all the tags intact and in their original packaging.
- All items must be posted within (3) days of receipt.
- Returned items received without abiding by the above rules will not be accepted.
- Items will only be exchanged upon availability.
- All returned items will be processed by our team. It will take up to (7) working days upon receipt of items.
- Please take note that there may be variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Bidadari Contemporary portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
- There could be creases on the items as the items are sent via mail. Returns due to creases will not be accepted.
- Any item not purchased at full price cannot be returned. This includes both sale and promotional items.
- Bidadari Contemporary is not liable for items that are bought out from any third party. Only returns with the correct order ID will be attended.
